About Point99

This business exists because clients deserved better.

Point99 started with three years inside Meta's support teams - and the realization that the people those tools were built to serve weren't being served at all.

What Point99 is built on.

I spent three years working inside Meta's support teams through Accenture - trained by Meta, running campaigns across every budget and industry. That experience taught me what actually drives results on the platform, and what doesn't.

What it also made clear was this: the businesses that needed that level of expertise the most were rarely the ones getting it. Real Meta knowledge was sitting behind agency price points that didn't fit most small businesses.

So I built Point99 to close that gap. Genuine inside knowledge, at a price that works for the client - not an agency's margin. Honest reporting. Someone who picks up the phone when something isn't working.

The .99 Cent Theory.

I worked this out as a teenager, around the time I started spending my own money. My family used to travel, do things, say yes easily - and then gradually, we didn't. Not because anything changed except the cost. I started noticing that the gap between wanting something and being able to afford it was almost always the deciding factor. Most people aren't priced out of good services because they don't value them. They're priced out because no one bothered to price for them.

Same quality as the bigger agencies. Better cost. That holds for every client, every plan, every call.

My grandmother had a version of this too. She believed nobody is perfect, but you must always do your best to be right with the world. If 100% is perfect, 99% is the next best thing. That standard applies to every campaign and every client relationship I take on.

What working with Point99 looks like.

I take on a small number of clients at a time. That's intentional. You're not a ticket in a queue - you're a business I'm genuinely trying to grow.

I'm based in Ottawa. I'll meet in person when it helps. I've visited client locations before building a single campaign, because a real feel for the business matters before a word of ad copy gets written. If you run a restaurant, an escape room, or a local shop, I want to understand what makes someone walk through your door.

I'm honest about what's realistic. If your goals don't line up with your budget, I'll say so before you spend anything. If a campaign isn't performing, I'll tell you before you have to ask.

The strategy call is a straight look at your situation - what you're working with, what advertising could realistically do for your business, and what it would cost to get there. No commitment until you've heard the numbers.
