Who we are

Point99 Media is a Facebook and Instagram advertising agency based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. We are operated by Renato Perocchio.

What information we collect

When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, business name, website URL, email address, and optionally your phone number and a description of your advertising challenge.

This site also uses third-party analytics and advertising tools that automatically collect behavioural data when you visit - including pages viewed, buttons clicked, and whether a form was submitted. See the "Cookies and tracking" section below for details.

How we use your information

The information you provide through our contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry and discuss how Point99 can help your business. We do not use it for any other purpose.

Automatically collected behavioural data is used to understand how visitors use the site and to measure the performance of advertising campaigns.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except as required to deliver the service you requested.

Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree (formspree.io), a third-party service that routes your message to us. Formspree stores form submissions on its servers in accordance with its own privacy policy.

Behavioural data collected through tracking tools is shared with the third parties listed in the "Cookies and tracking" section below.

This site uses the following third-party tracking tools. Each collects behavioural data automatically when you visit.

• Google Analytics 4 - collects page views and form submission events to help us understand site usage. Data is processed by Google. See Google's privacy policy.
• Meta Pixel (Facebook) - collects page views, button clicks, and form submission events to measure advertising performance and build retargeting audiences on Facebook and Instagram. Data is processed by Meta. See Meta's privacy policy.
• TikTok Pixel - collects page views, button clicks, and form submission events to measure advertising performance. Data is processed by TikTok. See TikTok's privacy policy.

These tools may use cookies or similar technologies. You can limit data collection by using your browser's privacy settings or a browser extension that blocks tracking scripts.
